Grenache 80%, Mourvèdre 15%, Syrah 5%.
Winemaking
De-stemming, 5-week vatting with pumping-over and delestage. Fermentation temperature 25 to 30° C.
Ageing
6 months in vats.
Tasting notes
This wine has a deep garnet-red color. The nose is intense and complex, with notes of black fruits (blackberry) and spices. Full-bodied and fruity on the palate, with very silky tannins.
Tasting advices
Aging 3-5 years. Serve between 14°C and 16°C.
Food pairings
A wine to enjoy today with all Mediterranean dishes, as well as with sauces, poultry and cheese.
