AOP Gigondas – Domaine du Gypse
Founded in 1753, Domaine du Gypse is a family estate handed down from generation to generation, dedicated to the production of exceptional wines. Nestled in the hills of the Dentelles de Montmirail, its vineyards benefit from an exceptional terroir of gypsum, giving them a unique character.
AOP Gigondas – Cellier des Princes
This Gigondas is made from vineyards located in the Village of Gigondas within the montain range called Dentelles de Montmirail, named after their sharp-edged ridges and spikes that look like lace (=dentelles)
AOP Gigondas – La Chasse des Princes
This range has been created in 2017 and is dedicated to gastronomic wines matching with game dishes. This Gigondas will be a perfect pairing with Wild Boar, as represented on the label.
