The Quality Control System
The Cellier des Princes is wholly committed to quality. The plots of land are selected on criteria which are controlled from the vineyards to the vats. Thanks to the Geographical Information System, we have a precise knowledge of every patch in our vineyard. Upon entering the winery, the harvest is checked and a quality grade is attributed according to strict specifications, in order to improve the vinifications. Although they remain traditional, the vinifications benefit from the latest equipment, techniques and high hygiene standards, assuring the utmost respect of our harvest. The H.A.C.C.P. method allows us to analyse and to control all the hazards inherent in foodstuff processing and to improve the quality thanks to the traceability from the harvest to the marketing of our wines. With our experience, our control over the whole production line and our modern equipment, we can guarantee the traceability, the safety, the reliability and the quality of our wines and we can satisfy our most demanding customers
