Soil : Clay and silicious
Winemaking : Destalking, pressing.
Fermentation at low temperature 14 to 16° C.
Grapes varieties : Grenache 70% - Syrah 15%, Cinsault 15%

Tasting and Food Accompaniment

This dry Rosé wine has a brilliant and brightcolour. It is very aromatic with intense red fruit aromas. In the mouth, its freshness without excessive acidity is well appreciated. It will be enjoyed cool between 10° to 12°C and will match hot starters, roasted meat, pork and all kind of fish as well as an aperitive.
