Technical Facts

Soil : Clay and silicious
Winemaking : Destalking, pressing.
Fermentation at low temperature 14 to 16° C.
Grapes varieties: Grenache blanc 90%, Sauvignon blanc 10%.

Tasting and Food Accompaniment

This dry white wine is made from two grapes varieties and has a clear gold greenish colour. Grenache blanc brings fatness in the mouth with white flowers nuances and Sauvignon blanc brings exotic fruits aromas.
Winemaking at low temperature enhances its intense aromas. Enjoyed at 10° to 12° C, this wine will be best appreciated with shellfish, fish and various starters as well as aperitive.
