Technical facts 

Soil : Clayey, siliceous.
Winemaking: Destalking, pressuring.
Fermentation at low température 12 to 14° C.
Ageing : 2 months in vats.
Grapes varieties : Chardonnay 50 %, Viognier 50%.
 
 
Tasting and food accompaniment 
This white wine has a nice pale yellow colour with pearly notes. It's made with two very aromatic grape varieties, the Chardonnay and the Viognier. The wine making way at low temperature let express this important aromatic richness. We will find floral scents, with fruity notes, ripe peaches and apricots. In mouth, it is fresh and rounded. It has to be drunk very fresh, 10 to 12 °C, alone in aperitif or in accompaniment with shellfishes, fishes, or various starters.
