Soil : Clayey Siliceous
Winemaking : Destalking, fermentation between 8 and 10 days, pumping over.
Controlled Temperature : 26 - 28° C.
Ageing : 6 months in tanks.
Grape type : Syrah 100%.
Ageing : 2 to 3 years.


Tasting and food accompaniment
This wine presents a limpid red colour and shiny with raspberry glints. It has a red fruits nose (raspberries, and strawberries) and spices. In mouth, it is smooth with a positive attack and we find again small red fruits. It can be drunk young with grilled, roasted meats, and light cheeses.
