Winemaking : Destalking, 8 to 10 days vatting time , pumping over and punching of the cap.
Controled temperature at 26 to 28° C.
Aging : 6 months in tank.
Grapes varieties : Merlot 100%.

Tasting and Food Accompaniment

This deep red coloured wine holds expressive and complex aromas of blackcurrant. In the mouth, it is soft and velvety with strong flavours of red fruits and a spicy final.
This wine will perfectly match rib of beef, roasted meat and cheese.
