Technical facts

Soil : Clay and silicious.
Winemaking : Destalking, pressing. Fermentation at low temperature 14 to 16° C.
Aging : 2 to 3 months in tank.
Grapes varities : Grenache blanc 60%, Clairette 30%, Bourboulenc 5% and Roussane 5%.

Tasting and Food Accompaniment

This wine has clear and brilliant « yellow-green » nuances.
The winemaking at low temperature enhances a subtle aromatic finesse.
In the mouth, the balance between freshness and vivacity without acidity is perfect.
Enjoyed very fresh in aperitif (10 to 12°C), it will also match shellfish and fish.
