Technical Facts

Soil: Clay and silicious.
Winemaking: Destalking, pressing.
Fermentation at low temperature 14 to 16° C.
Aging : 2 to 3 months in tank.
Grapes Varieties: Grenache 80%, Syrah, Cinsault 20%.

Tasting and Food Accompaniment

This wine has a brilliant and vivid colour with very aromatic aromas of red fruits (cherry, strawsberry). In the mouth, it is well-rounded with a good freshness but without excessive acidity.
Enjoyed very fresh 10° to 12°, it will be appreciated with hot starters, barbecue, pork meat and fish.
