Technical Facts
Soil: Clay and silicious
Winemaking : Destalking, 6 to 8 days fermentation, pumping over and releases.
Controled temperature at 27 to 32° C.
Aging : 6 months in tank and 2 months in bottles
Grapes varieties : Grenache 80% - Syrah, Mourvèdre 20%.

Tasting and Food Accompaniment
This nice red coloured wine with purple glints develops red fruits aromas and spicy overtones. In the mouth, this wine is smooth and its supple structure emphasizes aromas.
This can be enjoyed now with any Mediterranean dishes, stew and cheese.
