Technical Facts

Soil: Clay and silicious
Winemaking : Destalking, 6 to 8 days fermentation, pumping over and releases.
Controled temperature at 28 to 30° C.
Aging : 6 months in tank.
Grapes varieties : Syrah 50%, Grenache 30% , Carignan 20%.

Tasting and Food Accompaniment

This wine presents a great red colour with purple glints. The noze is very expressive and develops red fruits aromas and spicy overtones.
In the mouth, wine offering a beutifull structure with silky tannins.
This can be enjoyed now with any Mediterranean dishes, stew and cheese.
