Ageing : 2 à 3 ans.
 
 
Tasting and food accompaniment
This wine full-colored, with an intense red colour and violet glints, has both the typicity and characteristic aromas of its grape type, blackcurrant, pepper and liquorice. The palate is smooth and fruity. It can be drunk young with grilled, roasted meats, and cheeses.
