Technical Facts
Soil : Clay and Siliceous covered with rounded pebbles.
Winemaking : Destalking, 20 days fermentation, daily releases.
Controled temperature at 28 to 30° C.
Aging : 10 to 12 mois in tanks, and 2 months in bottles.
Grape Varieties : Grenache 90%, Mourvedre 5%, Syrah 5%
 
Tasting and Food Accompaniment
 
This wine presents a deep red colour. The nose is very intensive and complex, blending red and black fruits with spicy notes.
It presents a nice structure in mouth with a good balance between alcohol and tannins. The tannins are fine and silky. This wine can wait before being served and can be aged up to 6 years.This wine will perfectly match roasted meat or in sauce, game, and cheeses.
